NEW 48mm Aftermarket Front Fork - The new 48 mm aftermarket front fork for 2013
from Öhlins comes loaded with the very latest
TTX22 cartridge kit inside.
Ohlins have built on the success from last year and further
improved the 48 mm front fork. Improvements for 2013
include the new improved 2013 cartridge kit. This
new cartridge kit has an overall better main piston
performance due to new springs fitted.
An improved and better seal means less fading
when riding and we have changed the top-out
rubber to minimize the risk for top-out noise. One
big improvement is the redesigned check-valve
unit which makes the fork stay up in stroke without
feeling too hard. This further improves the overall
performance of the new front fork.
As before the cartridge kit is surrounded by a 48
mm DLC coated innertube and new outer tubes.
All in all these improvements add to world class
performance and brings your bike to top level racing
performance.

TTX MX Cartridge Kit - Never mind the outside… it’s the inside that counts.
Engineers at Öhlins HQ put all their attention
on making a universal kit with the powerful TTX
technology to give all MX junkies out there a price
competitive masterpiece with tons of performance
and handling.
The thing is that you can keep your standard Front
Fork legs, just pull out the standard inserts and pop
in the new kit.
The completely new MX Front Fork Cartridge kit is
based on TTX technology which means a positive
pressure balance in the system, thanks to the twin
tube technology. The gas pressurized dividing piston
inside does an excellent job pushing the hydraulic
fluid back into the low pressure side and the end
result is better performance and no more cavitation.
The 8 mm steel hollow piston rod makes the kit
somewhat lighter and the main piston diameter is
22 mm. All other details are in aluminium and the only
inconsistency will be the length of the kit depending
on the model of the bike.
The improvements include new
settings for some applications and new improved
enduro settings. The new one-way rebound valve
improves the performance and gives better front
wheel control.

NEW 2013 150cc / 85cc Cartridge Kit - Öhlins proudly presents the newest member of the MX cartridge family… the 85cc Cartridge Kit. It is based on the design and experience gained from the powerful and popular Cartridge Kit for the bigger MX bikes. It does not have the same TTX design as the outer tubes are smaller but it features the well proven hydraulic stop design for bottoming resistance. Despite that fact, the new 85cc Cartridge Kit is pressurized which means that the damping response is much quicker and the dynamic behaviour is much superior to standard, non‑pressurized systems on the market.
This Kit is the perfect product for all talented, young riders that want to make a serious attempt to climb up on the result boards in all national classes. It is very easy to install and provides the rider with much improved handling and stability.

TTX44 MX MKII Shock Absorber - The TTX44 is built especially for championship
riders, but serious private riders can of course
lay their hands on this masterpiece from the R&D
department at Öhlins, through the Öhlins distributor
network. For 2013 it’s an upgraded version of the highly successfull MK II TTX shock.
Motocross and Enduro is the ultimate test for the
R&D department with the roughest and toughest
conditions possible. It’s close to the heart of Öhlins
and it’s where it all started, that is why Öhlins is
serious about it.
The 2013 MK II version is improved in all areas and
even easier to adjust and fine tune to find that perfect
setting for the track. The performance is improved,
the piston rod bleed valve has been redesigned for
an improved flow and both compression and rebound
side check valves are improved. A newly developed piston & piston band has been introduced and all these
changes have significantly improved the tyre feeling.
The rebound side check valve has been moved to
the bottom of the cylinder tube which means better
function with a smaller amount of oil pressurized
during rebound stroke.
The TTX44 MKII can also be upgraded with a dual
spring kit and with a racing kit; new piston and piston
ring. But it’s still based on the successful 2012 TX44,
of course with Öhlins latest patented TTX technology.

The Ohlins S3 Selective Steering Stabilizer - Öhlins proudly presents an MX/Enduro world
sensation. Öhlins Selective Steering Stabilizer, the
Öhlins S3. Straight from the R&D department comes
something new and exciting for the 2013 season.
This is the answer for situations when you either don’t
get enough support from your steering damper or the
handling of the bike suffers because you get too much
damping from the steering damper when no damping
is needed. Öhlins engineers went to work well aware
that Motocross, Enduro and off-road riding provides
the toughest of challenges.
The S3 stabilizes the ride and thanks to patented
technology selects when and if the rider needs
assistance. As long as the rider is in charge of the
handle bars and with all the force derived from there
the Steering Stabilizer provides no damping at all.
The rider controls the bike and the front wheel
allowing for a natural feel of the bike and free
movement of the front end. It is also tuned to not
affect the rider’s movement of the bike while jumping.
However, when an outside force like a stone or
another object puts force to the front wheel the system
activates instantly. Thanks to a torsion bar on top of
the fork bridge the torque occurring from the outside
force hitting the front wheel activates the valves in
the Selective Steering Stabilizer. The sudden fast
movement is filtered away and the rider maintains the
control of the bike.
The Selective Steering Stabilizer is easy to use,
no adjustments are needed as the system adapts
to the forces affecting the front wheel. It is a solely
mechanically and hydraulically designed system.
It is integrated with the Öhlins upper triple clamp which
comes with the Selective Steering Stabilizer.
It has already been tested by numerous top riders
in MX, Rally Raid and Enduro with great results and
will be available for all major MX and Enduro models.

MX Steering Damper - It has been on the market since 1992 and was praised from the very start. The evolution of technological solutions has been added to the design throughout the years but now it is time to launch a whole new concept.
The new silhouette is a result of a much easier way of mounting the damper under the handlebar. The new steering damper is now equipped with a completely new valving system, eliminating any fluctuation of the damping characteristics depending on making a left or a right turn. The new UniFlow feature is actuallya system that controls the flow of the hydraulic fluid into only one direction hence the new fluctuation free damping curve. The system is also pressurized to compensate any temperature changes.
The steering damper is available for Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki and Yamaha with a focus on the 250 cc and 450 cc 4-stroke machines. The new easy way of mounting the damper will most certainly broaden the list of MX bikes the can be fitted with this new model.
